Sticks and Stones May Break My Bones - The Permission Slip
Garth:

My son Steven saw your presentation not long ago and really enjoyed it. He came home
telling me all about it.

I think this is a great initiative; I will take a look at the website and offer connections or assist
you in any way I can. You are a great teacher!

Garth:

I would like say thanks and encourage to continue your great work with spot lighting bullying.
It starts small but can have big consequences.

Kieran, 5, who started school last year and who always wanted to be there is know showing
signs of not wanted to go in the past few weeks. I have received 2 notes from his teacher this
week alone do to him being physical towards class mates during recess. When I started
talking to him over our time at home I found out that he was being told by fellow class mates
that the tuck he had on was a girl tuck because it as florescent colors.

So far this week with a new tuck there as been no notes or issues for him.

So as we can see bullying can start at any age so keep up the work one school at a time

Many thanks and keep up the good work.

Garh:

thank you for your email.  I have 5 grandchildren all under 9.  This is a huge problem and I
am greatful that someone like you has the passion to bring it to the forefront.   I am going to
pass this along to my daughter & son and perhaps you can reach out to their schools.
