Thanks for your interest in the World Country Music Co-op Internet Radio.
The goal of the World Country Music Co-op Internet Radio Station, or WCMR, is to increase the
exposure of all country singers, songwriters, musicians, and bands, around the world, while at
the same time giving them a chance to earn some money on their efforts and music.
In addition, we have created an interesting little thing called the Country Music Wall of Links.
These are tiny graphic squares on the stations web page that people can click on to go to the
designated site. Our goal is to achieve the most country music links on any one web page and
promote such. Hey.. Gotta have fun!
Let me state right at the start we do not pay royalties for any of the songs aired on our station.
We are a promotional site that allows those being aired to be make money by being part of the
co-op, as well as gain exposure and get people to the artists web site. In submitting your music
to WCMR, you are agreeing to waive the royalty rights of your song being played on our station,
and, that you have the authority to do so..
Why co-op? I have quite a few songs out on internet radio and I have paid quite a bit of money
to have them on “exposure” or download sights with no real return.. Actually.. None to date,,, I
am sure many can state this. With co-op internet radio you get a return on the success of the
station, as well as any effort you do to help make the station more successful.
So… how does it work?
You become a member!
Co-op Member - Cost of $10.00 per year
-One song aired in rotation, changeable at any time
-Graphic link on player
-Graphic link on wall of links
-Voice tag promoting artist and song
-Receive $1.50 for each referred co-op member
-Receive $7.50 for each audio or banner ad referred
-30 second audio ad or banner add - $25.00 per month
-Equal share of all monthly profits from members, non-members, and advertisers
So, if you spread the word and get people to become members, you get rewarded. If you get
businesses or individuals to purchase audio or banner ads, you get rewarded. PLUS, you get
an equal share of all the profits from all the efforts of all the members, including the station itself.
So what are you waiting for? There should be no reason no to join at $10!
