| I picked up a guitar for the first time at age 17, wrote my first song about a month later and haven't looked back since. During a visit to Nashville in the 1990's, I was offered a staff songwriting position by a large Nashville publisher but was unable to move to "Music City" at that time due to circumstances beyond my control. It was a devastating decision and a huge regret, as opportunities such as this come but once in a lifetime. Staying in Canada, I performed live on Breakfast Television in Toronto, Global News at Noon and have appeared in music videos shown on CMT. I currently perform with "Home Grown", a band consisting of four extremely talented singer/songwriters that performs all original material. I wrote "I'm Losing You" after breaking up with my high school sweetheart after we realized that we both wanted different things in life. I'm sure you will be touched by this song written straight from the heart. "Would You Like To Go Dancing" is a great dancing song with vocals by Mak Kaylor, a singer based in Nashville. |
