| Country Music Entertainer BOBBY HOWSON Was Born In England April 2nd 1955, And Immigrated To Australia In 1963. Bob Started His Career After Moving To Australia's Country Music Capital With His Parents In 1972. In A Short Time Bob Became Involved With A Teenage Package Show "TEENAGE COUNTRY STYLE" Which Became Quite Popular. It Was In 1973 When Bob Won 1st Place In The National Australian Capital Country Music Talent Quest. Then Became A Member Of BOB CLARKS "NEW OXLEY RAMBLERS" Which Were The Backing Band For The 1974 Country Music Awards. After Sometime Bob Formed His Own Band "THE REFRAINS" And Played Throughout The New England Area For 7 Years. In 1980 Bob And Started A Solo Professional Career And Toured With "BRIAN YOUNGS SOUND'S OF COUNTRY MUSIC" And Traveled Throughout Australia On Many Occasions. In 1985 Bob Decided To Relocate And Settle On The East Coast Of Australia With His Wife And Three Daughter's. |
