Entrant Rules
  • Entrants can register at anytime.
  • Entrants will be accepted world wide.  Void where prohibited by law.  There is no charge to be an entrant.
  • By entering, entrants are implying that they agree to all contest rules.
  • Entrants are allowed to enter more than one song.  Prizes are awarded on individual songs only.
  • In entering the contest, entrants are agreeing to allows their music, likeness, name and information to be
    displayed on the contest web site, as well as in advertising and promotion of the contest.
  • In entering the contest, entrants are agreeing and granting permission that each voter that votes for one of
    their songs, will receive that song by e-mail free of charge.
  • Any song can be entered as long as it has not appeared on any weekly Top 100 Billboard Chart world wide.
  • In entering the contest, entrants are stating that they own the rights, or have permission from the writers, to
    use the song or songs they submit for the contest.
  • Entries are accepted by e-mail only.  Only one entry per e-mail.  Entries should be e-mailed to
    rmandassociates(at)rogers(dot)com.  Entries must include:
    Artist/Band/Songwriter Name
    Song Name
    Full Name(s) of Songwriter(s)
    Entrant full mailing address
    Entrant e-mail address
    Entrant web site, if available
    Entrant bio, maximum 150 words
    Song in MP3, 128Kbps format
    Entrant picture, maximum 300x300 pixels, 75 dpi, JPG format
    Entries must be complete.  Any entries that are not, will be rejected
    Entrants personal information will not be shared.  The entrants name, web site, song name, bio, and
    place of origin, will be placed on their web page
  • If you have troubles e-mailing MP3's, contact us and we will arrange an FTP site for your upload.
  • Once entries are approved, a web page for the entrant will be created, and a link will be sent to the entrant for
    promotion.  The most successful entries will be the ones that go out looking for votes, not relying on votes to
    come to them.
  • All prizes will be paid in US dollars and by money order, certified cheque, or PayPal.
  • The contest will end when one entrants song reaches 10,000 votes.  Once ended, all voting will stop and all
    song pages will be removed from the internet.
  • Additional rules may be added from time to time without notice.
  • Prize monies and benchmarks will not change until this version of the contest ends.
  • The decisions of the contest organizers are final.

Voter Rules
  • Voters will be accepted world wide.  Void where prohibited by law.
  • Voting will start on April 7, 2008 and will cost $1 to vote.
  • By voting, voters are implying that they agree to all contest rules.
  • Voters may vote as often as they wish and multiple times for one song.
  • Voting will be done by clicking on the vote button that is adjacent to the song they wish to vote for.  Once
    clicked, voters will be taken to PayPal to pay for their vote.
  • Once the vote is verified, a 128Kbps MP3 version of the song that they voted for will be e-mailed to them.  E-
    Mail is the only way voters will receive the song.
  • Additional rules may be added from time to time without notice.
  • The decisions of the contest organizers are final.
